Drunk History Whiskey
To announce the arrival of the second season of their hit show, Drunk History, to South Africa, Comedy Central briefed us to create a promotional direct mail item to send to media and influencers.

Like the format of the TV show, we selected 4 unique stories from American history. As the story is told, the narrator (or reader) becomes gradually more and more intoxicated and the story unravels.
The bottles were also engraved with markings indicating the amount of shots needed to reach that level and coincides with the text on the label.
The Artwork
The illustrations for each label and the paper bag the bottles were delivered in were done by famed illustrator Nina Torr. The project received accolades from the Loerie Awards and D&ADs.
